Construction and demolition waste disposal charging scheme design

Construction and demolition waste disposal charging is a critical component in construction (CW) management. Over the past few decades of implementation around world, effectiveness decreasing negative environmental impact gradually being questioned. This paper identifies two intertwined issues that have not attracted sufficient attention actual practice. One consideration contractors’ behavior, which economically driven. Another influence transportation, also major stream pollution. These aspects significantly affect scheme. Contractors may transport their generated CW to appropriate facilities. They make decisions based on transportation cost. To address this problem, proposes general design methodology behavior are taken into account. A mixed-integer programming model developed for optimal fees, analytically formulates both abovementioned aspects. Furthermore, we partially modifies current scheme better fulfill protection objective. Extensive numerical experiments demonstrate proposed can effectively change decrease waste. study contributes new perspective has wide range applicability.
